Tabjee Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

These terms govern your use of the Tabjee platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By using Tabjee, you agree to everything set out here.

Account Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and a resident of Bangladesh to register and play on Tabjee.

Payment Rules

All deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted on Tabjee.

Fair Use Policy

Abuse, fraud, or exploitation of technical errors on Tabjee will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Tabjee platform in any way — whether through the website at tabjee.app or through the Tabjee mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Tabjee.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Tabjee platform. Continued use of Tabjee after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. Tabjee recommends that you review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Important: These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of Tabjee, including registered account holders, visitors browsing the platform, and anyone accessing Tabjee through a third-party link or referral.

02 Eligibility

To register and use Tabjee, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. Tabjee does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
  • You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise accessing Tabjee from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
  • You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any other restriction that prohibits you from accessing online gaming platforms.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
  • You must not have had a previous Tabjee account that was closed or suspended for a breach of these terms.

Tabjee reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, Tabjee may suspend or close your account and withhold any funds pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one Tabjee account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number or email address. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

  • One account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
  • Tabjee will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any such request is fraudulent.
  • You must notify Tabjee promptly if any of your registered details change, particularly your contact number or payment method.
Account Security: If you suspect unauthorised access to your Tabjee account, contact support immediately at [email protected]. Tabjee is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Tabjee supports deposits and withdrawals via local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Tabjee does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources, and any such deposit may be returned and the associated account reviewed.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Tabjee processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Standard withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframe stated in your account, subject to identity verification requirements being met.

  • All deposits are credited to your Tabjee account balance once confirmed by the payment provider.
  • Withdrawal requests require your account to be fully verified before processing.
  • Tabjee does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
  • Tabjee may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for large transactions. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement.
  • Withdrawals to accounts that do not match your registered Tabjee details will not be processed.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Tabjee offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated clearly on the promotion page before you opt in. By claiming any bonus on Tabjee, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be played through before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered a total of 20 times before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus-derived balance.

  • Bonuses are credited to your account automatically upon meeting the stated qualifying conditions.
  • All bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited after the expiry date.
  • Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game are stated in the individual promotion terms.
  • Tabjee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus funds if abuse or exploitation is detected.
  • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method.
Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method to exploit bonus offers is considered fraud. Tabjee will close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances in such cases.

06 Gameplay and Fairness

All games available on Tabjee use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. This means every game outcome is independently random and is not influenced by previous results, your account balance, your deposit history, or any other factor. Tabjee's RNG certification details are available within each game's information panel.

In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction during a game round, Tabjee's system logs are used to determine the correct outcome. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on Tabjee's side, the wager for that round will be returned to your account balance. Tabjee is not liable for losses caused by your own internet connection issues.

  • Game outcomes are determined at the moment the round is initiated and cannot be altered after the fact.
  • Any game displaying an obviously incorrect result due to a software error will be voided. Tabjee does not honour winnings resulting from known software errors.
  • Tabjee is not responsible for losses caused by your device, browser, or internet connection failing during a game round.
  • Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are stated in the game information panel and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed returns per session.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Tabjee. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

  • Creating or operating more than one Tabjee account.
  • Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with Tabjee games or systems.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to generate winnings that would not occur under normal gameplay conditions.
  • Using Tabjee for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
  • Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using Tabjee to conceal the origin of funds.
  • Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with Tabjee's platform, software, or security systems.
Zero Tolerance: Tabjee operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud and abuse. All suspicious activity is logged, investigated, and where necessary reported to financial crime authorities. Funds associated with fraudulent activity will be frozen pending investigation.

08 Responsible Gaming

  • Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your Tabjee account.

10 Suspension and Account Closure

Tabjee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe that a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred, or if required to do so for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, Tabjee will notify you via your registered contact details where possible. During a suspension, you will not be able to access your account, place wagers, or request withdrawals. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned.

  • Accounts found to be in breach of these terms will be permanently closed with no right of appeal in cases of fraud or criminal activity.
  • Legitimate balances in closed accounts will be returned to the registered payment method after any outstanding investigations are resolved.
  • You may close your own Tabjee account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

11 Limitation of Liability

Tabjee provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is reliable and available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses caused by platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tabjee's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Tabjee is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind.

Gambling Risk: All gambling involves financial risk. Tabjee does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for losses incurred through normal gameplay. Only play with money you can afford to lose.

12 Changes to These Terms

Tabjee may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. For significant changes, Tabjee will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of Tabjee after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using Tabjee and may request account closure by contacting support.
